Simple acts of service like caroling at nursing homes, passing out candy canes, participating in Angel Tree, baking cookies for first responders, and reenacting the nativity in a Christmas program allow kids to spread love and experience the joy of giving. These selfless practices teach little ones that the holiday is not just about presents – it’s about honoring Christ by serving our communities.
