People now experience church online first and want faster engagement. They seek transformation over information, transcendence over the mundane. Downloaded services leave them wanting more. With passion scarce, polish falls flat. Attractional churches engaging the mind but not the heart are struggling to grow. Adapt methods without altering the mission. Offer belonging, variety, and experiences that feel irreplaceable. Let authenticity and zeal for connecting people with Christ compensate for imperfect production. The church has what the world lacks – the real presence of God.
