Vanilla Worship

Never forget that there’s a reason vanilla is so popular. Sometimes more is less—sometimes simple is just right. We worship leaders can tend to forget that Sunday worship is not a concert to impress, it’s a time of worship to connect with God and those around you. Hymns may feel too simple or too expected, but they are quite often exactly what wins the congregation’s heart.
