Encouragement for Young Church Techs

Take a moment to think about that young person in your church who somehow ended up running all the tech because they’re the only one who knows how to plug in an HDMI cable. This piece is for them (or YOU, if that’s your story.) It’s nothing more than raw encouragement, and a reminder that most of us started exactly where they are now, staring at a dusty console and an old computer that hums like a jet engine, wondering how on earth to make Sunday happen. What they need isn’t perfection or a fancy budget, it’s passion. They need to lean into that passion, keep learning, brush off the cranky veterans, and trust that God Himself put that love for worship and tech in their heart. If you know someone who needs that reminder, here’s a must-read.
